Rajeev Kapoor
Associate Dean, ISPP Sutradhar and Faculty
Rajeev Kapoor, Ex-IAS has held senior roles in both the Central and Uttar Pradesh governments, including Secretary in multiple ministries and Director of LBSNAA, also served as Governance Adviser with DFID, UK. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, IIM Ahmedabad, and Princeton University, with expertise spanning engineering, management, and public policy.

O P Agarwal

Dr. O.P. Agarwal, a former IAS officer (1979–2007), played a pivotal role in redesigning IAS mid-career training and authored India’s National Urban Transport Policy in 2006. He has held senior positions in Assam’s government, worked as Global Urban Transport Adviser at the World Bank, and later served as CEO of the World Resources Institute. He is leading the ICUT at ISPP.

Harsh Shrivastava

Harsh Shrivastava is a strategist with 28 years of diverse experience across government, business, media, and civil society, helping institutions engage effectively with all stakeholders. He has held senior roles including CEO of MFIN, consultant to the Planning Commission, deputy speechwriter to Prime Minister Vajpayee, and adviser to the Meghalaya Investment Promotion Board.

Shreyas Narla

Shreyas Narla is a Research Scholar with the India Political Economy program at the Mercatus Center, George Mason University. His work focuses on the intersection of governance, markets, and institutional reform, contributing to research that examines India’s evolving political economy, making him a valuable voice in discussions on India’s future policy landscape and global governance challenges.
