These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Foundation for NextGen Governance website, services, courses, and content (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and other posted policies.

Acceptance and Eligibility

  • Acceptance: Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
  • Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms.

Accounts and Access

  • Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

  • Permitted use: Use the Site for lawful, non‑commercial personal or organizational learning and engagement.
  • Prohibited conduct: Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, harass, upload malware, or otherwise misuse the Site. Do not attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

Content Ownership and License

  • FNG content: All Site content, course materials, trademarks, and software are owned by FNG or its licensors and are protected by law.
  • Limited license: FNG grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use content for personal or internal organizational learning only. Commercial reuse requires prior written permission.

User Content

  • License to FNG: By submitting content (comments, assignments), you grant FNG a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content for the Site and related services.
  • No confidential submissions: Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless requested under a separate agreement.

Payments, Refunds, and Subscriptions

  • Payment terms: Course fees are due as specified at purchase. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled.
  • Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy; see the Refund Policy page for details.

Termination and Suspension

  • Termination: FNG may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required.
  • Effect of termination: Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • No warranties: The Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” FNG disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FNG’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the Site is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim. FNG is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

  • User indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold FNG harmless from third‑party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi
  •  resolution: Disputes will be resolved as set out in our Terms (arbitration or courts as specified).

Changes to Terms

  • Updates: FNG may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
